- Totally stupid. Didn't Congress do something about it?
- They thought they did. But evictions were going on anyway.
- What finally stopped them?
- Legal aid lawyers. The lawyers took up the tenants' cases and forced Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to change their policies for thousands of tenants across the U.S.
- They sound like heroes.
- They are, as far a I'm concerned.
