- Turns out we need a little dirt in our lives, especially when we're little.

- You mean it's good to play in the dirt. Helps motor skills, stuff like that.

- No. Actually it's good to eat the dirt. The millions of bacteria that come with dirt help boost our immune systems. The intestinal worms are particularly useful.

- Worms?

- Intestinal worms. Seems they reduce auto-immune responses, like asthma, allergies, multiple sclerosis. . .

- Worms.
