“We only got the beginning fanfare during my lunch wave. It kept on making the speakers screech. There wasn’t anything to listen to.”
“I was there during speech part.”

“He started by saying that some kids were just starting school today, and some were transitioning from middle school to high school. And we said, ‘What? They just started school TODAY! No fair!’”
“After that?”
“We sort of zoned out and talked to each other. It was pretty loud in the cafeteria.”
“Didn’t you catch anything?”
“Naw. It was all ‘Mwah-mwah-mwah-mwah.’”
